Value Chain Analysis: Small-Scale Tahiti Broom Production in Compostela, Davao De Oro

Tiger grass (Thysanolaena Taxima) grows in abundance the hilly areas of Barangay Mangayon, Compostela, Davao de Oro. One strengths area is growing number Tahiti maxima) and farmers that engaged to broom production. This study presents result value-chain as an approximate way better understand why sector thrives identify opportunities blockage which possible interventions can be made. Soft industry has been barangay for long years already however, due absence baseline production data sustained development efforts, have not risen their living conditions from grassroots.
